Responsabilidades:Instalação de software em laptops/desktops Windows e Apple (IMAC e suporte remoto)Solução de problemas pós-implantação em plataformas Windows, mac OS e dispositivos móveisSuporte a impressoras (instalação e manutenção)Gerenciamento de descarte, redistribuição e recuperação de ativosCoordenação de envio e logística de equipamentos de TISuporte a backup e recuperação de dadosExecução de ciclos de atualização de hardware e reparos em garantiaSuporte presencial (Walk-up) e a executivos (VIP)Verificações e suporte de áudio/vídeoGestão de peças de reposição e operações de depósitoSuporte de primeiro nível para ambientes VDIManutenção de inventário e etiquetagem de ativos em sistemas de gestãoColaboração com equipes internas para onboarding de novos colaboradoresGeração de relatórios semanais de inventário e movimentação de equipamentosAgendamento de reparos com fornecedores externosGarantir conformidade com padrões e políticas da empresaRequisitos:Experiência em TI com formação técnicaConhecimento em plataformas Windows e mac OS, incluindo equipamentos portáteisExperiência em imagem de sistemas Windows 10Familiaridade com conceitos básicos de rede (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Windows Networking)Experiência com impressoras em rede (criação de filas, manutenção de servidores)Domínio do pacote Microsoft Office e ferramentas de produtividadeDisponibilidade para trabalhar em horários estendidos ou escalas modificadasExcelente atendimento ao cliente e habilidades interpessoaisOrganização e capacidade de priorizar múltiplas demandasExperiência em ambientes de help desk ou call centerCertificações MCP e/ou A+ são desejáveisFacilidade de aprendizadoExcelente comunicação oral e escritaCapacidade de trabalho em equipeInglês avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação)
