Business Growth Analyst Position This role involves driving sales growth and enhancing business performance through strategic planning, data analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Developing commercial reports and presentations that meet stakeholder expectations. Creating dashboards for sales target revisions by region, AOP, product, and mix. Collaborating with the commercial team to conduct monthly commercial target drill-downs and validations. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. Experience in sales planning, market research, financial analysis, or similar areas. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI. Excellent English communication skills. Work Environment: 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building).
