Recruiter – Onsite (Porto de Suape, PE)Location: Porto de Suape – 100% OnsiteType: Full-time / ContractorExperience Level: Junior to Mid level (1+ year of solid recruitment experience)About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team onsite at Porto de Suape. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and supporting roles related to logistics, supply chain, or port operations.You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and applicants.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, with a focus on logistics and port-related positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and desired profiles.Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels (Linked In, job boards, networking, etc.).Conduct interviews and coordinate technical and managerial assessments.Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.Support onboarding processes as needed. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).Prior exposure to logistics, industrial, or port-related roles is an advantage.Intermediate English – able to communicate effectively with international teams.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
