About the Role

The Brazil Operations External Fulfillment (EF Ops) team is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead new product developments, planning cycles, and regular business reviews with senior leadership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, working with teams in Brazil and abroad to design new processes, drive technology solutions, and create project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, conducting root cause analysis and proposing solutions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Transportation, Product, Business, Supply Chain, and other EF teams.
  • Lead the planning cycles for EF OPS, proposing mechanisms and tools to scale our operation while improving results and team productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify pain points and scope impactful projects, working with teams across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Transportation, and Product.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of EF operations pain points, then work with product teams to scope and implement short- and long-term technical solutions.
  • Manage weekly project status meetings and leverage project management tools to track initiatives.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly managerial reports detailing key program and project updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Program or project management experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
