We are in search of a talented Program Manager to focus on the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Seller Fulfillment Experience.

This role will serve as a crucial connection between product and business teams in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Gather and analyze Seller feedback from diverse sources, identifying pain points and opportunities, assessing impact, and prioritizing accordingly.


2) Identify Trustbusters and develop business cases with proposed solutions (both product and programmatic), fostering collaborative relationships with various stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations, Transportation, Legal).

3) Oversee the Go-to-Market strategies for all product launches, coordinating with stakeholders, developing timelines, addressing obstacles, and creating adoption strategies.

4) Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive strategic operational initiatives that positively impact our Sellers.

5) Monitor performance against key metrics, facilitate programmatic input, and ensure accountability for both strategic and tactical initiatives.

Essential Duties:

  • Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities within existing processes, coordinating insights from multiple sources.
  • Dive deep into issues to distinguish between isolated and systemic problems.
  • Employ creativity to devise solutions that address challenges and enhance Seller Experience.
  • Balance competing priorities effectively, optimizing resource utilization.
  • Assess the impact and potential of ideas and challenges, making them tangible.
  • Influence and support the Product team (both LATAM and Global) in prioritizing the roadmap.
  • Propose and develop programmatic solutions and initiatives while creating business cases for the Product team.
  • Balance short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Lead Go-to-Market plans for multiple product features, coordinating across various stakeholders and leading by influence.
  • Organize GTM working backwards plans, mapping all necessary tasks and questions. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful launches.
  • Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders through effective communication and influence.
  • Establish goals and related metrics, track progress, and navigate obstacles to achieve objectives.
  • Communicate performance, conduct root cause analysis, and link findings to specific improvement areas.
  • Incorporate benchmarking data from local competitors and best practices from other regions to define a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, make trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven experience utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
