Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Fragrances Application and Creation Lab Coordinator will oversee the activities of the Fragrance Creation and Application Laboratory, ensuring samples are prepared for internal and external clients.

  • Manage the coordination of laboratory activities, including samples preparation.
  • Prepare fragrance applications on various bases to meet the needs of development teams.
  • Define sample weighing priorities with sales and development teams and provide them with samples.
  • Allocate human, material, and technological resources to meet business project schedules.
  • Conduct fragrance stability assessments with clients or sales and development teams.
  • Provide technical support to sales and development teams and external clients.
  • Oversee lab expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop new formulations and source new ingredients to create value in client products.
  • Manage procurement of supplies and materials necessary for laboratory operations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of laboratory and product formulation experience or in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading laboratory teams.
  • Technical knowledge of fragrances and fragrance product categories.
  • Understanding of laboratory techniques applied to perfumery.
  • Upper intermediate English level, both oral and written.
