Key Role in Fragrance Development and Production

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the activities and team of our Fragrances Application, Creation & Stability lab. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide support to our Sales and Development teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the preparation of fragrance samples for internal and external clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Development teams to define sample weighing priorities and provide samples as needed.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet business project schedules and ensure the successful execution of laboratory tasks.
  • Perform fragrance stability assessments with clients or the Sales and Development teams, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
  • Provide technical support to the Sales and Development teams and external clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Manage laboratory expenses and CAPEX budgets, identifying areas for cost optimization and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop new formulations and explore innovative ingredients to create value in our clients' products and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the procurement of supplies and materials necessary for laboratory operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing stockouts.
  • Identify areas for improvement within your team members and provide training opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain open communication with various departments, including sales, application, evaluation, production, and quality control.
