Nuestra empresa busca un Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocios para su equipo de Energía Renovable. Este profesional debe tener experiencia en la comercialización de energías renovables y habilidades en gestión de proyectos y manejo de presupuestos.

Objetivos del Puesto:
  • Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el ámbito de servicios de energías renovables, incrementando la facturación e impulsando la confianza de los clientes actuales y potenciales a través de estrategias de marketing efectivas y un portafolio de servicios innovadores.
Responsabilidades Principales:
  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas líneas de servicio en energías renovables;
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing para posicionar dichos servicios en el mercado;
  • Fortalecer la relación con los clientes actuales, asegurando su satisfacción y lealtad;
  • Generar oportunidades comerciales captando nuevos clientes con propuestas de valor atractivas que amplíen la cartera de negocio.
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en comercialización de energías renovables;
  • Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos y manejo de presupuestos;
  • Habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva;
  • Egresados de las carreras de Ingeniería, o referentes a energías renovables.

Las competencias clave son orientación al cliente, flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a nuevos negocios, junto con visión estratégica, creatividad comercial y sólidas habilidades de negociación para concretar alianzas y cerrar contratos beneficiosos.
