This is a business development position where you will be prospecting and lead generation, innovating and overseeing the sales process to attract new clients. You will actively research our preferred industries and identify trends, openings, and new markets. This role involves attending client consulting sessions to understand their needs and tailor solutions, creating and maintaining positive, long-lasting relationships with your network in your designated territories.

You will collaborate with our legal, delivery, and engineering teams in translating, attending, and drafting proposals into ready-to-sign contracts. Your responsibilities also include preparing and delivering compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients, attending events, conferences, networking events, representing our company professionally, and owning the potential client lifecycle.

In this role, you will identify and communicate market trends, improvements, situations, and others on a weekly basis. Additionally, you will plan expansion and new revenue streams operations, travel to your designated territories to meet your stakeholders, connections, and network in person. To succeed in this position, you should have 2+ years of experience in consulting/product/project management/sales/client-facing roles, be charismatic, personable, with strong negotiation skills.

Also, you should be extremely self-motivated, comfortable in a high-paced environment with high energy, excellent communication skills in English, able to think strategically, and identify growth opportunities. Finally, you must be able to manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation, mix of self-generated leads/prospecting and existing account growth.

Bonus points for having familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, a bachelor's degree or advanced university student, some experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry, some understanding of the overall landscape to engage customers and close sales in the US, experience selling professional services in IT, understanding of technical terminology, platforms, and tools, and experience developing SelfGen processes, strategy, and training.
