Job Overview

A seasoned marketing professional is sought to spearhead our business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategy and brand positioning efforts. This critical role will oversee integrated marketing campaigns that fortify brand identity, drive customer engagement, and yield measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a consistent corporate identity across all touchpoints, ensuring seamless brand recognition.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, incorporating digital, content, email, social media, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to create go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage marketing analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance and return on investment.
  • Supervise the creation of high-quality marketing content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Maintain brand consistency in internal and external communications, upholding our corporate image.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on B2B brand and marketing management.
  • A strong track record of developing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing brand identity, corporate communications, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
