About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Amazon AWS Services Brazil Ltd - E07. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a cloud computing or technology-related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
