Job Title: ISV Sales Manager

Amazon AWS Services Brazil Ltd is seeking a highly skilled ISV Sales Manager to join our team. As an ISV Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners in the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with ISV partners to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ISV partners, AWS sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with ISV partners, leveraging AWS services and solutions to drive growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with AWS teams to develop and deliver sales enablement programs, training, and support to ISV partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of technology-related sales experience, with a strong background in enterprise sales and ISV partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer adoption in the Brazilian market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with ISV partners, AWS sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with a strong understanding of the Brazilian market and culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing joint GTM success with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities.
  • Ability to build bridges and collaborate between partner and company field sales organizations to build mutual trust, sales enablement, and joint sales motions.
  • Developing and promoting technology partner value propositions into enterprise direct sales organization.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software and familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
