About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Amazon AWS Services Brazil Ltd - E07. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities to develop strategic plans for sales growth.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a cloud computing or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
