We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at 1056 Amadeus Brasil Ltda. in SAO – BOG Optional. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing the account relationship with strategic Airline partners in the LATAM region, with a focus on the Brazil market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a solid and trusting relationship between strategic Airline accounts and Amadeus IT and Distribution Teams.
- Resolve strategic account issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage communications between strategic accounts and internal Amadeus Teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Maintain a good financial health of the accounts by partnering with Finance and assisting to resolve billing and invoicing queries.
- At least 10 years of related experience with Airline IT and Distribution or working with a vendor that directly serves large airline customers.
- Bachelor's degree and proven success in sales, business development, product marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive and influential relationships.
- Airline industry technology experience strongly preferred.
- Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
