A key leadership role has become available within our Latin American sales organization, and we're looking for an experienced professional to lead the charge.
- This is a pivotal opportunity for someone with a proven track record of success in driving growth and achieving targets in high-pressure environments.
About You
- You'll have at least 10 years of progressive sales experience, with 5+ years of successful leadership under your belt.
- You'll possess outstanding leadership abilities, having successfully developed and managed high-performing teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- You'll be well-versed in strategic thinking and execution, with the ability to drive measurable results.
- You'll have exceptional communication skills, being fluent in both English and Spanish, as well as some proficiency in Portuguese.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Latin American sales organization to achieve and exceed ambitious targets.
- Develop a world-class team of sales professionals.
- Partner with global sales leaders to establish, document, and drive adoption of sales best practices and key performance metrics across all regions.
- Provide strategic regional direction and tactical plans to capitalize on the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape in Latin America.
