Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering daily financial management of projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review contract and bidding assumptions to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Analyze budget to actual data on a monthly basis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project leads to update resource forecasts and unit grids.
  • Closely work with other departments to coordinate financial aspects of projects.
  • Identify risks and define reasons for unsupported hours.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or related field or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience providing knowledge, skills and abilities to perform job (comparable to 2+ years).
  • Complex project management experience including allocation of resources against budget, forecasting and completion of quantitative and analytical tasks.
  • Budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Solid analytical skills and capable of handling data effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong digital literacy for analysis and presentation of data.
