About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned software leader to spearhead our development team in Porto Alegre, Brazil. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects while working in agile environments.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee project lifecycles, technical coding, and decipher functions. You will also need to communicate effectively with your team, stakeholders, and management to drive project success.

You will be the point of contact for the project, sharing information, marking milestones, and providing metrics and status updates to product owners and project sponsors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow as a professional and contribute to the growth of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple complex projects in agile environments (Scrum and Kanban)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Project & Process Management skills, including industry standard project management
  • Experience in Project Management Tools such as Jira, MS SharePoint, Webex and MS Office & Project
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring boot
  • Write clean code passing sonar quality gate
  • Advanced English
  • Proven experience dealing with challenging team members / personnel issues
