Public Relations Liaison

You will be part of the team responsible for creating and implementing a shared vision and best practices aligned with our strategic goals, mission, and priorities across our franchise brand teams and public relations structure.

Support the development and execution of government and institutional agendas through policy engagement action plans in alignment with business objectives.

Enhance strategic alliances with key stakeholders, including congress members, patient advocacy groups/NGOs, trade associations, and health institutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic brand plans concerning government stakeholders, policymakers, and patient associations groups.
  • Regularly engage with government stakeholders, patient advocacy groups, NGOs, to inform them about the scientific environment of vaccines and policy concerns.
  • Monitor and support strategic plans on selected legislative draft bills according to our business objectives. Prepare supporting materials for meetings.
  • Organize internal processes related to interactions with patient advocacy groups, ensuring compliance and adequate implementation.
  • Support the execution and monitoring of donations and sponsoring projects (project evaluation, document collection, due diligence).
  • Analyze political and healthcare sector scenarios based on information gathered from consulting companies.
  • Collaborate with the Public Affairs Health Policy team, developing stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Maintain knowledge of Ethics and Integrity principles, Sanofi policies, and codes of conduct regulating the pharmaceutical market.
  • Comply with and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, aiming to prevent accidents, reduce health risks, promote employee well-being, and minimize environmental impacts.
  • Support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives to ensure all employees and partners receive equal opportunities.
