About the Role:

You will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for engaging with Key Medical Experts (KMEs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and other relevant stakeholders. Your role is to foster trusted relationships and provide unbiased scientific information that supports our clinical and medical strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner to KMEs and HCPs, delivering credible medical and scientific information.
  • Engage proactively with customers, addressing their needs while pivoting conversations to relevant topics.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships, developing scientific advocates within the medical community.
  • Capture and report high-value medical insights to inform our clinical strategies.
  • Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams, particularly with the Commercial organization.
  • Lead complex educational activities that enhance our reputation as a valued partner.
  • Stay updated on therapy advances and current research related to our products and disease areas.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of disease areas and competitive environments to contribute to brand planning.
  • Navigate industry compliance guardrails to empower interactions with stakeholders.

About You:

You are a proactive and dynamic professional with a passion for scientific exchange and patient care. Your ability to tailor discussions to meet individual needs, combined with your medical business savvy, makes you a credible partner to healthcare professionals. You thrive on building long-term strategic relationships, always acting within compliance guardrails. Your curiosity and active listening skills help you capture valuable insights, contributing to our mission to advance neuroscience.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Scientific or Clinical degree (Master's required; PharmD or PhD preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Science Liaison.
  • Proficiency in English; advanced (fluent preferred).
  • Ability to travel at least 60% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in neuroscience or related fields.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
