This role involves close collaboration with customer service, transportation, warehousing and repair center. Key responsibilities include managing product return flows, coordinating sorting processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies, driving continuous improvement in reverse logistics operations, providing customer support, conducting face-to-face meetings with customers and suppliers, monitoring, analyzing and reporting on area performance indicators, developing and implementing action plans to achieve established goals, preparing and presenting reports to managers and leadership, and making informed process-related decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in reverse logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable steps.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
