About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Financial Institution Connections (FIC) team at Trustly. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our financial institution connection platform, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product representative in intaking, prioritizing, and resolving FIC-related support questions and issues in various Slack channels.
  • Conducting product research and investigations with Engineers to resolve issues, communicating with stakeholders about the resolutions.
  • Working with stakeholders to build and execute a clear prioritization framework, improving the efficiency and speed of solving FIC product-related issues.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
  • Prior experience in product management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and independence in updating project progress with stakeholders.
  • Familiar with spreadsheet and basic office tools.
  • Familiar with Jira.
