As a Senior Consultant, you will embark on exciting challenges and develop meaningful relationships with our customers.
Your Responsibilities:- Regularly evaluate, design, and implement core technologies, including OpenShift Container Platform, Ansible Tower, Enterprise Linux (RHEL), OpenShift Container Storage (Red Hat Ceph Storage and Gluster Storage) and Kubernetes-based solutions.
- Quickly adapt to new technologies, including container orchestration, container registries, container build strategies, cloud storage, and software-defined networking (SDN).
- Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions.
- Respond to changing customer needs.
- Address incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner.
- Deliver quality results both on-site and post-engagement that meet project requirements, including project journals, status reports, and other documentation.
- Participate in sales and proposal presentations as needed.
As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate closely with customers on various initiatives, including architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of our cloud and container solutions.
You'll need excellent technical skills and strong communication and customer-facing abilities. Your ability to learn new technologies quickly will be essential.
