Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Success Consultant - Admission who will provide personalized support to undergraduate and MBA students through WhatsApp, phone, email, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for active contact with leads, presenting the school, and explaining our courses. They will also receive visitors during events and perform administrative tasks, such as document verification and prospect support.
