Clinical Research Team Lead Position

About the Role:
- Oversee a team of clinical staff working on clinical studies to ensure projects are adequately resourced and employees are trained and meeting project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign, and direct work for team members, assessing their performance and guiding professional development, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Ensure team members have necessary resources, systems access, and training to complete job responsibilities, providing oversight for the execution of the training plan.
- Participate in resource allocation to clinical research projects by assigning team members based on experience and training.
- Review and evaluate team members' clinical work, identifying quality risks and creating action plans to prevent deficiencies.
- Maintain quality metrics through regular review and reporting, collaborating with other teams and leadership to manage project challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare preferred.
- Prior clinical trial experience in management/leadership capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP and ICH guidelines).
Additional Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Good leadership skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to establish effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
