Advanced Software Testing Specialist

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Professional to join our International Technology Team in Sao Paulo.
The team builds international extensions and new features of the Amazon web site for individual countries and creates systems to support operations.
We have already worked in Germany, France, UK, India, China, Italy, Brazil and more.
- Responsibilities:
- Manual and automated testing of features across various platforms including web and mobile.
- Planning, development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Review user interfaces for conformity and functionality.
- Developing, improving and employing testing strategies and techniques.
- Finding, isolating, documenting, regressing and tracking bugs through resolution.
- Interpreting and reporting testing results, and advocating for quality in every phase of the development process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of quality assurance engineering experience.
- Experience in automation testing.
- Experience in manual testing.
- Detailed knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
- Knowledge of AWS and NoSQL is beneficial.
- Able to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project.
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
