Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategic partnerships with business leaders by providing insights and talent recommendations leveraging technical expertise and market knowledge.
  • Understand the business strategy, talent development, and workforce planning needs to create a customized approach addressing business requirements.
  • Promote thought leadership through expert representation among the recruitment community showcasing technical acumen and adaptability.
  • Drive agile hiring strategies adopting a fast-paced, iterative, and adaptable approach.
  • Cultivate internal talent pools aligning them with external trends influencing talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in in-house recruiting or agency environment.
  • Fluent English required.
