Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Trading Desk Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
  • Develop detailed briefings and pitches on clients and financial operations
  • Analyze customer data covered by Relationship Managers (RMs)
  • Track area revenues and monitor performance in our Blotter system
  • Establish communication with customers for day-to-day document requests
  • Foster collaboration with product and infrastructure areas
  • Assist in Derivatives/Finance Pitch preparation for clients
  • Prepare materials for internal credit committees, Business Review, and pipeline discussions
