Job Summary

The Accounts Payables Finance Assistant will be responsible for making payment reports, credit card reports, and any accounts payables-related transactions in the accounting system. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can work accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Receive, validate, enter and archive vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
  2. Conciliate bank transactions.
  3. Participate in the month-end close of the A/P module promptly.
  4. Being capable of issuing reports using Excel and Dynamics D365.
  5. Adhere to all month-end deadlines.
  6. Hands on and focused.
  7. Fast learning.
  8. Detail oriented, professional, and reliable.
  9. Comply with applicable company policies.

Requirements

  1. Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  2. Microsoft Office, with highlights on Excel.
  3. ERP basic knowledge. D365 is desirable.
  4. Teamwork ability.
