Principais Responsabilidades:

Apoiar a equipe comercial: Preparar propostas comerciais, orçamentos e contratos.

Atendimento a clientes: Fornecer informações sobre produtos e serviços, e esclarecer dúvidas.

Acompanhar o processo de venda: Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e a satisfação do cliente.

Mantenha atualizada a base de dados: Inserir informações no CRM e acompanhar o pipeline de vendas.

Gerar relatórios de desempenho: Análises de indicadores de vendas, volume de pedidos, clientes ativos e inativos.

Auxiliar no agendamento: Reuniões, apresentações e eventos comerciais.

Realizar follow-up: Com clientes para acompanhamento de propostas enviadas e negociações em andamento.

Apoiar a logística de vendas: Conferir documentos de pedidos, faturamento e entrega de produtos.

Atuar como elo entre: Clientes e áreas internas (financeiro, logística, produção).

Colaborar na elaboração: Estratégias comerciais, coletando feedback de clientes e analisando concorrentes.

Auxiliar no desenvolvimento: Campanhas e materiais de marketing, colaborando com o time para fortalecer a presença da empresa no mercado.

Requisitos:

Ensino superior completo: Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência anterior: Área comercial ou de vendas será um diferencial.

Conhecimento intermediário: Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Habilidade para trabalhar: Sistemas CRM e ERPs voltados à área comercial.

Capacidade de organização: Gestão de tempo, com habilidade para trabalhar com prazos e múltiplas tarefas.

Boa comunicação: Verbal e escrita, com foco no atendimento ao cliente.

Perfil proativo: Dinâmico e com disposição para aprender e se desenvolver na área comercial.

Habilidade para trabalhar: Equipe e colaborar com diferentes áreas da empresa.
