  • Develop your team through coaching, mentoring, leading by example, and feedback.
  • Oversee commercial engagements and ensure timely delivery on project milestones.
  • Ensure ongoing commitment to strict quality and reliability standards.
  • Engage with other teams to ensure alignment on product architecture and roadmaps.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams, building trust and delivering results. Effective communication skills in English are essential for this role.
