SIMOPS Coordinator Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SIMOPS Coordinator to join our team at EP2C ENERGY. As a SIMOPS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the coordination of SIMOPS activities for our COMPANY Project during the installation phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate SIMOPS activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement SIMOPS Philosophy based on Company Rules and safety studies.
  • Lead risk assessments for SIMOPS/COMOPS activities.
  • Prepare SIMOPS/COMOPS dossiers and ensure proper circulation and signature.
  • Support interfaces between CTRs, CPY stakeholders, and participate in coordination meetings.
  • Ensure integrated planning is up to date and followed by all stakeholders.
  • Report conflicts or clashes identified during coordination meetings.
  • Support in the development of mitigations and solutions to avoid co-activities or decrease impact.

Requirements

  • 10 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in similar services.
  • Engineer or equivalent level/diploma.
  • Fluent Portuguese and Fluent English (spoken and written).
