SIMOPS Coordinator Job Description

EP2C ENERGY is seeking a highly skilled SIMOPS Coordinator to join our team. As a SIMOPS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the coordination of SIMOPS activities for our COMPANY Project during the installation phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate SIMOPS activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement SIMOPS Philosophy based on Company Rules and safety studies.
  • Lead risk assessments for SIMOPS/COMOPS activities.
  • Prepare SIMOPS/COMOPS dossiers and ensure proper circulation and signature.
  • Coordinate with Installation Manager, Drilling Manager, and FOPS Manager to resolve co-activities issues.
  • Ensure that all safety measures are properly considered and implemented.
  • Support Installation Manager, RSES onboard FPSO, and RSES-D onboard vessels.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in similar services.
  • Engineer or equivalent degree.
  • Fluent Portuguese and Fluent English (spoken and written).
Duration and Location:

The contract duration is 12 months with 6 months right to extend. The SIMOPS Coordinator will be based onshore as a resident with missions offshore onboards vessels or FPSO.
