Job Summary
">The Tax Manager role involves managing direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and optimizing the tax burden. This position requires timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns, as well as monitoring tax compliance processes and working closely with internal teams to ensure tax obligations are met.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law, with advanced degree or CPA certification preferred.">
- Solid experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance, and tax planning.">
- Knowledge of transfer pricing and attendance to external audits.">
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders.">
Language Proficiency
">Fluent in Portuguese (native proficiency) and fluent in English (written & spoken).
