Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of our financial operations and maintaining stringent control over accounting practices at both local and regional levels.

This position requires meticulous oversight, in-depth analysis, and accurate presentation of financial activities, with a strong emphasis on adherence to company standards and accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise and reliable financial reporting, encompassing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with global and local accounting standards and financial controls.
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to key stakeholders, referencing regional and group finance as necessary.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely availability of documentation and addressing audit findings.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Corporate Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
