We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing financial data, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial processes.
Your Key Responsibilities- Maintain and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll for a team of over 60 employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Verify and record financial transactions in the correct accounts, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and adjustments, providing insights into our organization's financial performance.
- Monitor and report budget variances, enabling us to make informed decisions about resource allocation.
- Mandatory: Accounting experience working with SOX / US GAAP or international standard - IFRS, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and guidelines.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
