Job Title: Enterprise Growth Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to drive qualified opportunities for account executives and sales managers.
  • Identify and research potential customers or prospects through various sources, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with international clients and identify creative ways to generate relevant prospects.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development Representative roles in a global environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., SF/Outreach) to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for and understanding of the sports industry.
  • Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Bonus Points:

Experience in Gaming/betting industry in Latam region is highly valued.
