Business Systems Analyst Role

Solugenix, a global leader in IT services, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with clients and internal teams. This full-time opportunity involves remote work based out of LATAM Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify automation opportunities and define detailed requirements through collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain process design documents (PDDs), solution design documents (SDDs), and other BA artifacts by performing process assessments and feasibility studies for automation.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, scrum calls, and other project communication forums to ensure clear communication between business teams and the RPA development team.
  • Act as a liaison to communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define and execute test strategies for QA, UAT, and regression testing phases while coordinating with business users during UAT and ensuring defects are tracked and resolved.
  • Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and support project delivery needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in information technology, communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years working as a Business Systems Analyst, is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business and technology partners.
  • Good knowledge of large enterprise applications/platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc) and JIRA.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies such as Sprint and Scrum.
  • Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies and work collaboratively in teams.
  • Leadership, collaboration, and project management skills are also necessary.
  • Prior on-site experience in a client-facing role and experience with RPA tools will be highly valued.
  • Scrum certification or PMP certification will be beneficial.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
