About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to lead our Account Manager sales team in LATAM, driving revenue growth and delivering against quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase retained advertiser spend
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive individual and team success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales operations, and marketing, to drive business growth and improve sales processes
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal partners
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership
  • Demonstrated track record of leading sales teams to exceed quotas
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience creating sales motions or programs in a sales organization
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish language skills are a plus
