We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our LATAM SMB sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing sales strategies that drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve quarterly revenue goals and increase retained advertiser's average spend.
- Develop and deploy sales programs that drive results for Pinterest advertisers in LATAM.
- Define the operations sales strategy by developing and standardizing operations systems to empower the team to operate at scale.
- Implement processes and strategies to scale SMB programs and revenue across a diverse set of customers.
- Motivate and develop sales talent, creating a positive culture of accountability.
- Work cross-functionally and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders including product, sales operations, and marketing.
- 10+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of leading sales teams to exceed quotas.
- Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience creating sales motions or programs in a sales organization.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability and willingness to get hands dirty - from SFDC reporting to call coaching, this leader will need to be able to go deep selectively to help inform the broader strategic vision.
- Experienced in process management, operations management, with a strong understanding how to grow and scale businesses.
- Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
