The Senior Sales Director will work closely with the Global Head of Sales and the existing Sales Managers in the São Paulo office to drive new business for PayRetailers, focusing on our core target verticals – especially online gambling. You will ideally be working at a similar company with an established book of business that will follow you.
This role is entirely self-driven; the rewards will be substantial, but you will be expected to source and close your own leads.
This role is Hybrid, requiring presenciality to our offices in Sao Paulo.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your network to bring in large enterprise deals to PayRetailers.
- Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Provide valuable feedback to the broader team, such as essential new product features.
- Represent PayRetailers at industry events and conferences.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprises.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to position PayRetailers ahead of the curve.
- Fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent sales acumen, including expertise in deal processes, negotiation, and accurately estimating deal sizes.
- Experience in fast-paced B2B Payments or Fintech environments.
- Self-starter with the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
