Job Summary

The Senior Sales Director, FSP Services will lead the sales efforts for Parexel's FSP services, primarily clinical operations. This role will work closely with Commercial Operations, SBU Delivery, Solutions Consultants, and Clients and Partners to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue for Parexel's FSP services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Lead proposal strategy and development to ensure client needs are addressed and resourcing/pricing is appropriate
  • Drive the sales process and ensure smooth transition to delivery
  • Maintain close relationships with delivery teams to identify new opportunities and ensure account growth

Requirements
  • Proven sales track record of achieving/surpassing sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, including complex, dynamic teams
  • Excellent business/industry awareness and a thorough understanding of industry trends and impact on the business
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, clients, and customers

Qualifications
  • BS degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales role in a CRO selling FSP services required
  • Experience with clinical operations services highly desirable
