Job Summary

The Senior Sales Director for FSP Services will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion for Parexel's FSP services. This individual will work closely with Commercial Operations, SBU Delivery, Solutions Consultants, and Clients and Partners to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion of FSP services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality proposals and solutions
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring smooth transition to delivery
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on FSP services
  • Excellent business acumen and industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
  • Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA or MS in a related field
  • Proven sales track record, with a focus on FSP services
  • Excellent business acumen and industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
  • Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
