Senior Sales Director, LATAM SMB

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our LATAM SMB sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets and increase retained advertiser's average spend.
- Develop and deploy sales programs that drive results for Pinterest advertisers in LATAM.
- Define and standardize operations systems to empower the team to operate at scale.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and achieve revenue targets.
- Implement processes and strategies to scale SMB programs and revenue across a diverse set of customers.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders across time zones and motivate sales talent to create a positive culture of accountability.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to build cohesive partnerships and manage relationships with vendors.
- 10+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of leading sales teams to exceed quotas.
- Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience creating sales motions or programs in a sales organization.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability and willingness to get hands dirty to inform the broader strategic vision.
- Experienced in process management, operations management, with a strong understanding of how to grow and scale businesses.
- Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
