Build a Welcoming Community

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Community Ambassador. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our members.

  • Develop and implement strategies to build relationships between members and drive community engagement.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the building by managing front desk processes and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Identify opportunities to promote WeWork-provided service offerings and drive growth through effective marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Take direction from the Community Lead and Manager to support the Community Team as needed.

As a Community Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Cover the front desk during business hours and serve as an on-site point of contact for members and guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members and guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Process mail, locate and issue posts, and maintain a well-organized mailroom.
  • Coordinate events and activities that promote member connections and enhance the overall community experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for building strong relationships with others.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Manage the front desk during business hours and ensure all visitors sign in properly.
  • Anticipate member and guest needs and take proactive steps to address them.
  • Maintain accurate records of mail and posts.

Events and Membership Engagement:

  • Develop and implement event strategies that drive member engagement and foster a sense of community.
  • Provide feedback on event programming and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Connect members with each other and promote local restaurants, services, and attractions.

Building Operations and Management:

  • Receive, process, sort, and organize all mail.
  • Locate and issue posts via the regional system to members upon request.
  • Keep the mailroom organized and clean.
