We're seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Community Associate.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong professional relationships with customers, empathize with their needs, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and maintain your own community within your assigned center, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for customers.
  • Collaborate closely with customers across various industries, ensuring their administrative and support needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and empathize with customers' needs.
  • Able to take ownership of problems, find solutions, and adapt to changing situations with positivity and enthusiasm.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment, with experience and confidence in handling technology-related tasks.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
  • B1 or higher level of English communication skills.

Responsibilities include sorting out various customer requests, such as WiFi codes, packages, and invoices, ensuring accurate charges and services. You will also help create and maintain a community within your center, planning and writing e-invites to customers, creating and printing posters, and directing customers to nearby restaurants.
