We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes, a passion for learning and professional development, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • A valid LPN license in good standing
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • PREFERRED: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
