Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service ambassador, you will be responsible for responding to customer needs, coordinating responses to quotes, and handling standardized products with pre-defined options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer needs for quotes and coordinate responses if requests differ from standardized offers.
  • Handle standardized products with pre-defined options.
  • Contribute to predefined contracts and framework of conditions and prices.
  • Handle targeted clients.
  • Discuss sales approach with manager.
  • Lead a department of medium-large personnel costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or studying from an accredited university or college.
  • Ability to work on the Campinas office twice a week.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) language skills.
  • Prior experience in customer care is desirable.
