We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our lead processing and prioritization systems. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data, identify trends, and develop tools to solve issues and improve operational efficiency.

This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on Amazon's seller ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, implement new initiatives, and drive success for our sellers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Business Process Optimization
  • Exploring and implementing automation opportunities for SSR sales, SSR program, and seller marketing teams
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: working closely with Account Management teams to support the implementation of new initiatives and programs
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: tracking and analyzing seller performance metrics, identifying trends, and patterns that impact seller success
Requirements
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Availability to work 5 days at the office in São Paulo
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in automation tools
  • Knowledge in AI tools implementation
