Performance Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Specialist to join our team in creating, updating, testing, and managing lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn. As a key member of our content management and marketing team, you will work closely with our design team to create effective ads, forms, and landing pages.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in lead generation campaigns and a strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager. Additionally, they should be familiar with Twitter Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads, and possess excellent analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Manage lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, ensuring continuous optimization and analysis
  • Collaborate with the performance manager and agency to create impactful ads and landing pages
  • Run lead generation campaigns and analyze results to optimize performance
  • Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing ads and landing pages
  • Develop strategies to increase online marketing investments and growth value
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in lead generation campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with Twitter Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to test new channels and platforms to increase results
