Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our talent optimization efforts in the Americas region. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering results.

About the Job:

This leadership position involves overseeing the health of our supply chain, including demand planning, resource allocation, and driving economies of scale. You will also be responsible for leading process excellence and optimization initiatives to minimize hand-offs, eliminate duplicative work, and provide a seamless experience for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and efficiency across the supply chain.

  • Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and internal partners.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our organization remains competitive.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional qualifications and experience.

  • 10+ years of prior relevant experience; ideally in recruitment, operations, or another HR function.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
